Rubbermaid is one of those brands that I am sure many of you have heard of. Well for this back to school season they have a GREAT product to help making packing lunch and easy thing to do. Its the Rubbermaid Lunch Blox, Sandwich Kit. This is a great unique product as all the pieces stack together to make a block. The Sandwich Kid (pictured to the left) has 2 Snack Containers (each with a 1/2 cup capacity), 1 Side Container (with a 1.2 cup capacity), 1 Sandwich Container (with a 2.6 cup capacity) and 1 Medium Blue Ice The Size of the product is 4.81″ l x 5.625″ w x 5.25″ . As part of the block they have even worked in a Blue Ice cooling pack to insure that lunch stays fresh and cool.

The past few weeks my husband has enjoyed making his lunch and packing them in this Rubbermaid kit. The quality of the product is just as great as any other Rubbermaid product that I have used in the past. I also enjoyed the green and blue coloring, it made it nice and festive. The ideas are endless with this kit. Although it was designed for a sandwich my husband has had pasta, enchiladas and more in it. Its dishwasher safe and easy to assemble day after day. In addition to being dishwasher safe (which is a must in my house) this product is also microwave safe, so if you decide to store a “hot” meal in it you can easily heat it up at lunch time.
